I only invoice for the actual time it takes me to preform a task. If it takes me 1 minute and 55 seconds to complete a task for you, you get billed for 1.9167 minutes; If it takes me 1 hour, 22 minutes and 10 seconds to complete a task for you, you get billed for 82.1667 minutes.

Most of my day is scheduled out.. and my preference is you don’t ever need me right away, but I can be available pretty much instantly if needed.

NOTE: my goal with helping you will also be to reduce stress and problems to the lowest possible amount (zero?).  So hopefully you never require me immediately—otherwise we did not set things up in the most ideal way, but many times in the past clients did need me RIGHT AWAY, and I was there.
