Tasks – I create, delegate, and manage tasks. For some projects I focus on just a few larger needs, while most have me executing hundreds of minor tasks to achieve the larger goal.

For project management, the deliverable varies. Often it starts with a custom kanban board or scrum board, whereby you and your team are invited to collaborate. We create tasks, assign responsibility and define scope.
